Re-branding a traditional property business in a crowded local market.

What they wanted

Independent high street estate agency, Green & Company, wanted to rebrand their highly successful business so that they could maintain their position as market leader, despite increased competition from online services.

Their new look had to be modern and memorable, working across several different platforms, from sale boards and stationary to their website and social media channels.

What we did

  • Initially we conducted a creative branding brainstorm with the client's re-brand panel and other creative services.
  • Following the brainstorm we presented a number of initial sale board and logo concepts. Through constant feedback and collaboration, we arrived at the chosen logo where we could begin rolling out the full re-branding process including all eight regional shop facia's.
