The software used to build your website is constantly being updated. If you don’t update to the latest version, your website becomes insecure and vulnerable to cybercrime and being hacked. You can also start to experience performance issues such as slow loading times, broken links, faulty forms etc. that will affect the performance of your website and eventually how customers perceive your business.

No, not at all. It is your choice. Our WordPress Care service is not obligatory. By providing this service to you we are covering our obligation of care and liability in the event of a hack, attack or loss of data due to malicious activity. This is also useful to you in potentially reducing premiums for Cyber Liability Insurance. If you don’t have our WordPress care you are agreeing that we (Adventure Graphics Ltd) cannot be held responsible for any instance of a malicious attack, hack or loss of files and data from your website and you accept full responsibility for the security and safety of all data on your website. It also means that we are not obligated to restore service to your website in the event of an attack or hack and as such any action requested by you to us to attempt to restore normal service would incur a cost amounting to possibly several hundred pounds and we would only proceed with the works if that cost is agreed in advance by you.

Unfortunately, we can’t say never. Our care plan is comprehensive and we evolve it according to ever-changing online best practice. Unfortunately, hackers are becoming increasingly sophisticated and there is always a small risk of cyber-attack no matter how protected your site is but with our WordPress Care you will have the backups and our help to put anything that happens, right.

You are not tied in at all. You can cancel your cover at any time. If you cancel your cover it will end at the end of the month and no refunds are given for that month.

Our care plans do NOT include hosting. We can provide hosting for you or work with your existing hosting provider. However, these fees will not be bundled into our care plan prices. So, if we are providing hosting this fee will be on top of your care plan pricing.

Unfortunately, no. Unused time does NOT roll over into the next month.
