Start promoting your business
What if I want design or content changes during the build? Am I allowed?
We always start with a home page visual, which we ask for your feedback on until we reach the optimum design! There is no cap on revisions until the homepage visual design is approved.
You are welcome to change content and design elements once we start the build with no additional charges, unless there are material changes that substantially change the approved designs. Minor edits and copy tweaks are no problem.
Will my website work on phones as well as laptops?
Yes, all of our websites are built to be fully mobile-responsive across all devices
How will my website be found on Google?
We build all of our websites based on best practices for on-page SEO setup (including meta tags, H1/H2 hierarchy, alt tags, internal linking).
We also make sure your website loads quickly by using compressed assets and optimising page speed.
How you are found does depend on your sector and the competition however we build a solid foundation for organic and paid SEO.
Will I own my own website?
Once your invoices are settled in full, you own your website. We hope you don’t want to leave us, but if ever you do want to move your website to another designer, you are free to do so. There just might be a small fee to transfer but that is all.
Will I be able to edit my own website?
Yes, of course. We will give you full admin access and show you how to make changes yourself. If you don’t want to do the edits yourself, don’t worry – we’re here to help, and our hosting and care packages can include studio time for exactly this reason.
What if I spot things after my website goes live?
No problem. We provide a 30-day support period for fixes, bugs, and small tweaks and after that we are still there and our hosting and care packages are designed to offer tailored, continuous support.
How long will my website take?
This is really subjective and depends on every project, but for a straight forward 4-6 page website, with prompt feedback from our client, 6-8 weeks is a realistic timeline.
