Pricing FAQs
Do your prices include VAT?
All prices shown are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added to your invoice at the current UK rate (20%). Some printed items are VAT-exempt. Your quote will always show the total clearly.
Why are there ‘from’ prices listed?
Every project is different; a 5-page starter website for a sole trader is very different to a 20-page site for a regional business. ‘From’ gives you a realistic starting point; your actual quote will be tailored to exactly what you need.
Do I have to pay everything up front?
If you are a new client, we do ask for anything under £500 to be paid in full for the first project together (we will invoice you in the future, though, no problem, and you will have a 30-day payment window)
For projects over £500, we ask for a deposit to begin work, and we’ll agree on a clear payment schedule for the remaining balance with you before any work starts. There are no surprises.
Can I combine website and graphic design?
Absolutely, and many of our clients do. Starting both at the same time means everything stays consistent from day one, and there’s only one team to deal with. Ask us about combined project discounts.
How long does a website take to build?
A Starter website typically takes 4–6 weeks. A Standard website 6–10 weeks. Ecommerce projects vary depending on the number of products. We’ll give you a clear timeline with your quote.
Is the quote really free and no obligation?
Yes, genuinely. We’ll have a chat, understand what you need, and send you a detailed quote. There’s absolutely no pressure and no cost to you. If you decide to go elsewhere, no hard feelings, and we sincerely wish you all the best. Finding the right design company for you is really important.
